On September 25, 2026, the Pennsylvania Creditors Bar Association (PACBA) held its annual continuing legal education seminar, which focused on the various aspects of creditors’ rights and collection litigation. The Conference was open to the public. During the conference, attendees shared opinions, thoughts and suggestions all in an effort to improve and enhance the various aspects of creditors’ rights and collection litigation.
