PACBA members are entitled to participate in the PACBA ListServ, giving each member access to attorneys located around the state. The ListServ is an excellent way for creditor’s rights attorneys to ask questions and to communicate with each other on a daily basis.

Please Note: If you apply for a Firm Membership you can add others in your firm as PACBA members once your membership has been approved. You will be the membership bundle administrator so to add additional members all you need to do is login into the website, click on your name in the upper left corner of the page and then select the "add members" button on the middle of the page. With a Firm Membership you are not limited in the number of attorneys in your firm that you would like to add as PACBA members.
